Trigger patient recall to Greenlight app

This endpoint can be called per open Patient/Order. Once called, the Greenlight platform will send notification to the patient, with a link to the Greenlight app.

The notification is configured per customer, and is a single template for all such communications. Contact Customer Success for more information, and to set the template text for email and SMS.
