Timestamps

All Timestamps used by this API must be in the GMT Time Zone, both for Requests and Responses. All incoming timestamps must be converted to GMT before transmitting and all outgoing timestamps will be in GMT.

All Request and Response Timestamps will adhere to the Internet Date/Time Format from RFC3339-5.6 or ISO8601 specification.

Since all Timestamps are in GMT, there is no need to send time zone information as part of the timestamp.
