Get orderId by externalOrderId

Most Greenlight API requests require the Greenlight orderId. If you cannot store this Greenlight orderId, you can retrieve it, when needed, with this endpoint, using the order Id you do know (the "external" Order Id, in Greenlight terminology).

Keep in mind that this call will count against rate limits, so if you would be making frequent use, consider storing the Greenlight orderId, to reduce API traffic.
